Introduzione
Panasonic ha presentato la prima fotocamera D-SLR ad ottica intercambiabile con scatto Touch-Control, il modello DMC-G2.
Per questo nuovo modello, l'attenzione di Panasonic è tutta sull'ergonomia d'uso, che ha trovato la sua forma nell'adozione di un Touchscreen. Una volta inquadrata la scena, basterà poggiare il dito sullo schermo in corrispondenza del soggetto che si vuole ritrarre, per automatizzare la messa a fuoco e lo scatto.

Il sensore Live MOS è da 12.1 Megapixel (abbinato al motore Venus Engine HD II e alla tecnologia Intellingent Resolution) e permette di catturare anche video in qualità HD. Lo schermo LCD è da 3", mentre il mirino Live View Finder è da 1.440.000 pixel. Nel corpo macchina è già presente un connettore HDMI per la visualizzazione diretta sulla TV di filmati e foto.
