PROBLEMA Ping instabile fastweb (anche pingando me stesso)

Salve a tutti,

Sarà da 1 mese ormai che il mio ping varia di pochi millisecondi, per esempio su League of Legends, varia dai 40 ai 60 con picchi di 90-100 ogni tanto, arrivando pure a 300-500 RARAMENTE per poi essere disconnesso (il router perde la connessione)
Su counter strike invece varia da 25 a 40 ma molto più lentamente, per dire, se su LoL il ping mi cambia ogni secondo, con variazioni di 4 o 5 millisecondi, su cs go al massimo cambia di 2 millisecondi ma dopo 3 o 4 secondi di stabilità, non so se questo è dovuto a com'è programmato la tabella degli score dei giochi..
Come da titolo anche pingando me stesso (il mio router), il ping non è stabile, per esempio:

Anche da cellulare è la stessa cosa, pure pingando me stesso o google il ping non è stabile, da questo ne deduco che non è un problema dei miei dispositivi..

Inutile dire che con queste variazioni, qualsiasi gioco online è ingiocabile almeno a livello competitivo..

Cose che ho provato a fare:
- spegni riaccendi router
- reset router
- staccare e riattaccare i cavi del router
- reboot dall'interfaccia web locale del router
- Troubleshoot internet windows anche se non cambia nulla perchè non è un problema del pc

Ho scritto ieri all'assistenza ma siccome non mi hanno ancora risposto suppongo non lo faranno mai, quindi chiedo qua nella speranza che sappiate dirmi cosa fare, magari è qualche impostazione del router? boh

Per pingare te stesso, intendi il tuo indirizzo pubblico o l'IP LAN del router ?
In caso fosse il primo, se fai un ping con pacchetti da 2KB verso l'IP LAN del router che cosa ottieni ?

se perdi pacchetti anche nel ping verso il router prova a cambiare cavo. Fastweb non c'entra

Tra l'altro ieri la connessione era ABBASTANZA stabile sui 50 di ping, mentre oggi il mio pc si è appena disconnesso da internet 2 volte nell'arco di 30 minuti, se vado su speedtest mi da questo risultato http://www.speedtest.net/result/7527603927 , mentre invece da cellulare la connessione è buona(40 megabit ecc)

quindi è forse un problema di pc, nonostante pure il router ogni tanto si disconnette, ma quindi cosa mi consigliate?

Usando programmi come adwcleaner non rilevo niente quindi non credo di essere parte di una botnet

risolto, problema di fastweb, si può chiudere
