PROBLEMA Quickfire Ultimate - NKRO non funziona

Ciao, come da titolo ho questa Quickfire Ultimate (mx brown) comprata nuova e che mi è arrivata giusto ieri ma collegandola al pc noto che il NKRO non funziona, nonostante lo abbia attivato con l'apposito pulsante. Il 6KRO invece funziona bene.
Quando dico che il NKRO non funziona intendo che io schiaccio 8 tasti contemporaneamente ma la tastiera ne prende solo 5 (al massimo) e a volte anche solo 2 o 3!!

Altra cosa che non mi funziona sono i quattro tasti del tastierino numerico dedicati al polling rate, se li schiaccio non succede niente, anzi in realtà se sono su Word (ad esempio) mi scrive -*/ anzichè cambiare tra 1,2,4 ms, e lo stesso vale anche per il tasto NUMLK che se schiacciato non attiva gli 8ms ma accende e spegne il tastierino numerico!!
Quello del programma Word era solo per fare un esempio, ma la cosa succede anche quando sono fuori da Word, sul desktop ad esmpio!!

Avete qualche suggerimento da darmi?? Vorrei innanzitutto capire se veramente la tastiera non fuzniona oppure sono io che sbaglio qualcosa!! Vi dico anche che la tastiera è collegata a una porta USB 2.0 (ma ho visto che funziona anche con la 3.0)

Supporto Cooler Master ci siete?? Battete un colpo appena potete per favore, ho bisogno di sapere se ho ricevuto un prodotto difettoso (e quindi procedere con il reso) oppure se continuo a sbagliare qualcosa io nell'attivazione del NKRO e del polling rate!! :(

To set the the polling rate you simply press and hold the function key (the ‘Fn’ key) plus the ‘P’ key and the desired polling rate or if the keyboard is in the alternate function setting you just have to press and hold the ‘P’ key and the desired polling rate. The polling rate buttons are located on the top row of the number pad.

Similarly to change the key rollover mode you press and hold the function key plus the ‘N’ key and the desired key rollover mode. The key rollover modes are the alternate setting of the ‘insert’ (INS) and ‘delete’ (DEL) keys which are above the arrow keys. In the same way if the keyboard is in the alternate function setting you can forgo pressing the function key and just press and hold the ‘N’ key and the appropriate rollover mode key.
