DDR2: i produttori

Corsair was the first memory manufacturer to send us DDR2 DIMMs.

Corsair è stato il primo produttore a inviarci dele DIMM DDR2.

Tutti i produttori parteciperanno al passaggio al nuovo standard: Corsair, Kingston, Micron/Crucial e Samsung sono state le prime compagnie ad inviarci dei moduli DDR2. Nel frattempo, GeIL, Kingmax, OCZ, Mushkin e altri si stanno preparando.

Molti moduli DDR2-533 sono assicurati per timings CL4.9-4-4-12. Tuttaiva, le memorie Micron hanno la capacità di funzionare a CL3.0-3-3-6. Purtroppo, i timing inferiori non hanno però nessun impatto sulle prestazioni.

Intel included a pair of 512 MB Micron DIMMs with their reviewer's kit, but we also received some DDR2 DIMMs directly from Crucial. Basically, these products are identical.

Being one of the biggest memory vendors worldwide, Kingston was very fast with providing DDR2-533 as well.
