La buona notizia, come mostrato nella Figura 7, è che le performance della card non cambiamo piu di tanto con la portata e la sua portata è comparabile ad altre card 802.11b che ho testato. La minuscola antenna non sembra limiti la portata o il rendimento, come qualcuno ha teorizzato.
Infine c'è da notare che non c'è nessun calo di rendimento quando si abilita il WEP e, come la maggior parte dei prodotti 802.11b, la SD WiFi non supporta l'accesso protetto WiFi.
