La taiwanese ULi, produttrice di chipset, propone ben poco. Il chipset M1695 per Athlon 64 supporta sia AGP che PCI Express (pieno supporto al Dual Core X2). Mentre il chipset è un componente PCI Express, collegando il southbridge via bus HyperTransport, l'AGP sarà implementato grazie all'utilizzo del bus PCI del southbridge. Non sarà veloce, ma certamente funzionante. ULi ha mostrato un sistema con schede grafiche PCIe x16, AGP 8X e PCI nello stesso tempo.
Un altro chipset interessante è il southbridge M1575 che può essere utilizzato con gli altri chipset ULi o con il northbridge ATi Radeon Xpress. Supporta il SATA II a 3 Gb/s, include tutte le modalità RAID e otto porte USB 2.0.
Il chipset northbridge M1695 per Athlon 64 supporta schede grafiche x16 PCI Express graphics. Utilizzando il bus PCI del southbridge è possibile implementare un'interfaccia AGP.
Il chipset ATi può essere accoppiato al southbridge ULi tramite HyperTransport.
