Ormai lo sappiamo, questa di Xbox Series X e PS5 sarà la generazione in cui si valuteranno le performance di ogni singolo videogioco in uscita. Già con la generazione attuale - Xbox One e PlayStation 4 - abbiamo assistito polemiche e considerazione sulla risoluzione dei titoli, su quella che arriverà è molto probabile che i discorsi aumenteranno, focalizzandosi su ray tracing e framerate.

Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di stilare una lista costantemente aggiornata nel tempo, dove inseriremo i giochi e indicheremo le caratteristiche che sfrutteranno sulla console di nuova generazione, Xbox Series X. fps Boost
L'fps boost è una caratteristica di Xbox Series X|S che permette di potenziare il framerate di un gioco, sbloccandolo. Non tutti i titoli sono predisposti per farlo, Microsoft sta aggiungendo mese dopo mese sempre più giochi compatibili.
Non essendo ottimizzati, non tutti i titoli riescono a mantenere la risoluzione originale potenziata di Xbox One X invariata, per questo motivo l'fps boost in determinati casi è costretto ad abbassare la risoluzione per mantenere il framerate a 60 fps. Tutti i titoli dove l'fps boost è attivato di default, non subiscono variazioni alla risoluzione originale.
