Dopo aver analizzato il mercato console, il gruppo di ricerca NPD ha pubblicato la lista dei 20 titoli più venduti per PC nel mese di ottobre negli Stati Uniti.
Come da previsioni, Fallout 3 agguanta la prima piazza. Il titolo di Bethesda è presente anche all’ottavo posto, grazie alla versione Limited Edition. Spore mantiene alte le sue vendite, seguito a ruota da Nancy Drew e Far Cry 2 di Ubisoft, gioco abbastanza snobbato su Xbox 360 e PlayStation 3.
Per il resto, è interessante notare la pessima prestazione di Dead Space e il quinto posto di Warhammer Online, titolo destinato a venir sommerso dallo tsunami World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King.
